MEGA PROJECTS

Konya Kizoren GES located in Kizoren region of Konya has a total capacity of 22,5 MWp with an estimated annual energy production of roughy 30.730.000 kWh, avoiding the emission of over 18.702 tons of CO2 per year and saving 45.505 trees per year. The first phase of the Project – it is a total installed capasity of 18.500 kWp - has just commissioned at the end of December 2015. The most important feature of the Project is the biggest Solar Power Plant in Turkey.

Cihanbeyli GES located in Cihanbeyli region of Konya has a total capacity of 12.000 kWp with an estimated annual energy production of roughy 19.944.000 kWh, avoiding the emission of over 12.185 tons of CO2 per year and saving 29.473 trees per year. The grid connection is expected on 2016. Plant is installed on the area of 200000m2.

Karapinar GES located in Karapinar region of Konya has a total capacity of 4.400 kWp with an estimated annual energy production of roughy 7.181.600 kWh, avoiding the emission of over 4.368 tons of CO2 per year and saving 10.071 trees per year. Plant located on the area of 82.500 m2 was commissioned on July 2015.

Savcıllı GES located in Aydın has a total capacity of 11.895 kWp with an estimated annual energy production of roughy 19.305.585 kWh, avoiding the emission of over 11.795 tons of CO2 per year and saving 28.529 trees per year. The grid connection is expected on 2016. Plant is installed on the area of 250000 m2.
Enerray do Brasil successfully won Enel Green Power Bid related to green field solar park realization. It will be located in the area of Ituverava. The company started the construction of the solar farm on December 2015. It will be located in the State of Bahia, Brazil’s northest area, and it is foreseen to have a total installed capacity of 254 MWp, with an estimated annual energy production of roughy 496.570 MWh, equal to the annual consumption needs of more than 243.000 Brazilian households, avoiding the emission of over 303.365 tons of CO2 per year. The grid connection is expected at the end of 2017. The solar farm is foreseen to integrate single-axis trackers setting up that allow the photovoltaic modules to vary its orientation during the day depending on the position of the sun. This is the largest solar power plant built by Enel Green Power and it will help to meet Brazil’s fast growing electricity demand: indeed – according to last forecast – the edification will grow at an average annual rate of 4% up to 2020.
